Joseph Donald Pilkenton Jr. does not have a memorial page yet. This page holds only what the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs recorded, 1957 to 1999, Washington.

Welcome Back Home reads everything that arrives. Nothing you send appears publicly, here or anywhere else, until it has been reviewed and published.

Nothing added yet.

I have the right to share these photos, recordings, and this story, and I give Welcome Back Home permission to publish them on a memorial page for this veteran after review.
