A photo, a story, a voice memory, or a short video. You do not have to be family, and you do not have to claim this page.

Otho Vinson Overholser does not have a memorial page yet. This page holds only what the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs recorded, 1900 to 1973, Washington.

Welcome Back Home reads everything that arrives. Nothing you send appears publicly, here or anywhere else, until it has been reviewed and published.
